As an Outbound Sales Executive at Odoo, we adopt a consultative sales approach.In this role, you'll drive growth through proactive outbound outreach and generating new leads. You'll connect with companies, understand their needs, and present innovative solutions to digitize their operations.

The business scope of Odoo is so largethat you'll never stop learning and, with a bit of creativity, you'll have a solution to most your clients' pain points. With such a scope, you'll quickly master all aspects of entrepreneurship, to advise clients as an expert.

Concretely, you will :

  • Lead generation : research and identify potential customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, industry events and utilize prospecting tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Lead the entire sales cycle : you’ll be responsible for conducting outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers, qualifying their business needs & processes, provide potential customers with a tailor made demonstration of Odoo and handle the closing of the deals
  • Develop relationships and build trust with clients
  • Demonstrate the product : new apps, features and new versions to end-users
  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
  • Develop relationships and build trust with clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to help them grow their businesses
  • 1 to 5years of exp. in IT / Sales
