As an Outbound Sales Executive at Odoo, we adopt a consultative sales approach. In this role, you'll drive growth through proactive outbound outreach and generating new leads. You'll connect with companies, understand their needs, and present innovative solutions to digitize their operations.

It's not only about sales, it's also about providing value to your clients.

The business scope of Odoo is so large that you'll never stop learning and, with a bit of creativity, you'll have a solution to most of your clients' pain points. With such a scope, you'll quickly master all aspects of entrepreneurship, to advise clients as an expert.

Concretely, you will :

  • Lead generation : research and identify potential customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, industry events and utilize prospecting tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle : you’ll be responsible for conducting outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers, qualifying their business needs & processes, provide potential customers with a tailor-made demonstration of Odoo and handle the closing of the deals.
  • Develop relationships : build trust with clients.
  • Demonstrate the product : new apps, features, and new versions to end-users.
  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1).
  • Understand client needs : provide tailored solutions to help them grow their businesses.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in IT / Sales.
  • Negotiate and contract.
  • Master demos of our software.
  • Smart, quick, and autonomous learner.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Entrepreneur mindset : not afraid to take appropriate initiatives.
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented.
  • Passion for IT.
  • Help the team develop the outbound strategies to put in place.
  • Uncapped commissions.
  • Direct contact with customers from initial contact to closing.
  • Opportunity to develop personal network with decision makers from different industries and build up industry knowledge : you'll deal with various stakeholders : SME's, CEOs, CFOs, CTOs.
  • Become an Odoo expert : acquire technical and functional knowledge.
