Job Overview

Stellantis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate and drive cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring successful project execution and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities:

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and operational units to align supply chain strategies.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and performance metrics.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for outbound supply chain initiatives.
• Drive process improvements through data analysis and technology integration.
• Ensure project scope, budget, and timelines are met while mitigating risks.
• Identify potential risks in current projects and develop contingency plans.
• Proactively address IT issues that could cause a disruption in OBT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical supply chain issues.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Leverage technology, AI, and automation to optimize outbound logistics workflows.
• Work with IT teams to develop and refine digital tracking and visibility tools.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of leading large projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Initiative to challenge existing processes and drive innovative solutions.
