Jimmy Fairly in Milan is seeking an experienced optician/store manager to drive sales and deliver outstanding eyewear service. You will lead a team, coach daily, and ensure technical excellence in eye care.

Ideal candidates are licensed opticians, fluent in English, with a passion for customer care, brand representation, and achieving monthly KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Overview

Jimmy Fairly is an independent optical brand founded in Paris in 2010, known for stylish, high‑quality eyewear at accessible prices. We operate more than 100 stores across Europe and support the charitable organization Restoring Vision through our Buy One, Give One program.

Responsibilities

• Develop the sales revenue of the Milan store.
• Provide daily coaching, training, and skill development for the team.
• Ensure technical excellence and high‑quality service for all customers.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Jimmy Fairly’s values.
• Achieve commercial efficiency and meet personal and team KPIs each month.

Qualifications

• Licensed optician with relevant regional qualifications.
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast‑paced environment and managing an autonomous operation.
• Ability to comfort customers, delivering thorough health checks and eye examinations.
• Strong customer relationship skills, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
• Highly motivated, adaptable to changing environments while maintaining exceptional customer care.
