Job Opportunity: OT Security Specialist

We are seeking an OT Security Specialist to join our leading international consulting firm, with a strong presence in the Italian market. The Cybersecurity team handles complex projects, supporting enterprise clients in managing risks related to cybersecurity, particularly in Operational Technology (OT), where we are strengthening our expertise and delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting OT Security Assessments for clients in industrial, utility, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
2. Performing architectural analysis of OT / ICS networks and assets (SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI, RTU).
3. Identifying vulnerabilities and evaluating the OT security posture.
4. Aligning with international standards and frameworks (NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS).
5. Preparing technical deliverables, remediation plans, and management presentations.
6. Supporting the definition and implementation of hardening strategies, network segmentation, and access controls.
7. Collaborating with internal multidisciplinary teams and client technical contacts.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. At least 2 years of experience in OT Security, preferably in consulting or complex environments.
2. Strong knowledge of OT technologies (SCADA, PLC, HMI, industrial networks, protocols).
3. Familiarity with security assessment activities, risk analysis, and OT asset mapping.
4. Knowledge of industrial security standards and frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27019, MITRE ICS).
5. Consulting aptitude, synthesis skills, and results-oriented approach.
6. Good command of English.
7. Preferred certifications: GICSP, ISA / IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM.
