REPLY SPA in Italy is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to strengthen security in industrial environments where automation and business continuity are key. You will perform OT cybersecurity assessments, drive Security by Design projects, and help define policies and procedures aligned with IEC 62443 and NIST frameworks while working with IDS, SRA and EDR solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Engineering, CS, Cybersecurity or Automation.
• 1-3 years of experience in OT cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST CSF and OT architectures in industrial sectors.
• Relevant OT certifications such as GIAC GICSP, GRID or ISA/IEC 62443 are a plus.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Join our innovative and dynamic team as an OT Security Consultant, where you will play an essential role in enhancing and safeguarding industrial operations.

Your expertise will be crucial in the following areas:

• Perform OT Cybersecurity Assessments, both procedural and technical, based on key standards and regulations like IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NIS2 and CRA.
• Drive Security by Design projects to integrate security into devices and plants, including OT network architecture reviews and the definition of cybersecurity requirements and configurations for greenfield projects.
• Definition and Implementation of OT Cybersecurity policies and procedures in order to properly manage cybersecurity in your plant according to best practice and industry standards (e.g. IEC 62443, NIST 800-82).
• Work with advanced technologies, supporting phases of design, deployment and maintenance of best of breed OT Security solutions such as IDS (Intrusion Detection System), SRA (Secure Remote Access) and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response). By implementing these solutions, you will ensure real-time monitoring and protection of critical industrial systems, reducing vulnerabilities and safeguarding operations from potential cyber threats.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Academic Background:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Automation or a related technical field.
• Valuable Expertise:1-3 years of experience in the OT cybersecurity sector.
• OT Knowledge:Understanding of Operational Technologies, including industrial basic components like PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) software, RTUs (Remote Terminal Units), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces) and DCS (Distributed Control Systems). Familiarity with industrial frameworks and standards (IEC 62443, NIST CSF) as well as key architectures specific to sectors (manufacturing, oil & gas) is essential.
• Certifications:Relevant OT-related certifications such as GIAC GICSP or GRID, ISA/IEC 62443 are a definite plus.
• Soft Skills:We value interpersonal skills that foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Effective communication, a team-oriented mindset, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning are key attributes we seek.
• Languages:Native proficiency in Italian and fluent English, both oral and written.
