Job Description

Company: SYNERGIE ITALIA SPA, a branch in NOVARA, is seeking candidates for a family association working directly with individuals with disabilities.

Position: Certified/Qualified Social Health Operator (OSS)

As a Socio-Health Operator, you will play a vital role in daily patient care, supporting activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility. You will be a key point of reference, ensuring patients can carry out their routines with dignity and comfort.

You will work closely with healthcare professionals, collaborating with doctors and nurses to provide comprehensive, personalized care. You will monitor the health status of your assigned patients, promptly reporting any physical or psychological changes.

Additionally, you will maintain a safe and clean work environment, contributing to the overall well-being of your surroundings.

Requirements

• Possession of a Diploma as a Socio-Health Operator (OSS).
• Previous experience in the socio-health sector (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a team, handle stressful situations, and demonstrate an attitude towards vulnerable individuals.
• Possession of a valid Patente B.
• Availability to work shifts and weekends.

Additional Information

Contract directly with the association, initially fixed-term, with the possibility of permanent employment.

Full-time work on shifts from Monday to Sunday with weekly rest days.

Salary and classification to be discussed during hiring.

Work Location: Novara
