We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Specialized Engineer to join our Operations Support Systems (OSS) team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical expertise in OSS technologies and processes and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining OSS solutions to support our telecommunications infrastructure.

You will get the chance to:

1. System Design & Implementation: Design and implement OSS solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring system integration with existing platforms and processes.
2. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for OSS applications, ensuring high availability and performance of systems.
3. Performance Monitoring: Monitor OSS systems, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements to optimize system functionality and efficiency.
4. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of OSS solutions.
6. Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate OSS solutions, ensuring they meet functional and performance specifications before deployment.
7. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and support to team members and end-users on OSS tools and processes.
8. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in OSS to ensure our solutions remain competitive and effective.

What will help you succeed:

1. Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2. Previous experience in OSS and mobile networks.
3. Knowledge of OSS tools from vendors such as Ericsson ENM, Nokia NetAct, Huawei U2020, or similar.
4. Familiarity with network and management protocols (SNMP, NetConf, REST API).
5. Proficiency in SQL, scripting (Python, Bash, Perl), Linux/Unix.
6. Understanding of 3G/4G/5G mobile network architectures and configurations.
7. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work independently.
