A leading provider of credit management services is seeking a part-time Origination & Client Management Trainee. This role focuses on managing contracts for existing and new clients in the financial sector, requiring attention to detail and teamwork, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Competenze

• Familiarity with Colldesk / Bridge applications preferred.
• Prepared to manage Client Portals, including documentation updates.
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage contracts for clients in banking and financial sectors.
• Coordinate with IT, OPS, and Finance OPS for contractual conditions.
• Provide analytical support for Salesforce, the CRM application.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts (new/renewals) for existing and new clients, focusing on Small Ticket banking, financial, and commercial sectors, by entering data into the operating system (Colldesk or Bridge) and setting economic parameters (fees & costs).
• Coordinate with various company functions (IT, OPS, Finance OPS) to share contractual conditions and address operational or departmental requests.
• Configure codes related to SO (Sister Office) and international Partners for international mandates.
• Provide technical and analytical support for the use of Salesforce, the Group's CRM application.
• Manage Client Portals, from qualification to maintenance, including preparing and updating documentation, involving relevant departments as needed.

This role may expand to include acquisition and management activities related to NPL clients.

Key Skills

• Knowledge of debt recovery processes and collection in banking, financial, and corporate sectors.
• Preferably familiar with current applications like Colldesk / Bridge for Small Ticket and future NPL processes.
• Teamwork orientation and problem-solving approach.
• Attention to detail, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with Intrum Web Group portal.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
