Origination & Client Management Trainee

Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts (new / renewals) for existing and new clients, focusing on Small Ticket banking, financial, and commercial sectors, by entering data into the operational system (Colldesk or Bridge) with the appropriate economic parameters (fees & costs).
  • Coordinate with various departments (IT, OPS, Finance OPS) to share contractual conditions and report any operational peculiarities or requests requiring interdepartmental intervention.
  • Parameterize international mandates by setting codes related to Sister Offices (SO) and international partners.
  • Provide technical and analytical support for the use of Salesforce, the Group's CRM application.
  • Manage Client Portals (as Suppliers), from qualification to maintenance, including preparing and updating documentation involved, collaborating with relevant departments.

The role may expand to include activities related to the acquisition and management of NPL clients.

Key Skills
  • Knowledge of debt collection processes in banking, financial, and corporate sectors.
  • Preferably familiar with current applications for Small Ticket (Colldesk / Bridge) and eventually for NPLs.
  • Teamwork orientation with a problem-solving approach.
  • Attention to detail, proactive, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Intrum Group’s Web Portal.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
