Join a leading credit management firm as an Origination & Client Management Trainee in Milan. This part-time role focuses on managing contracts and client interactions in a supportive, international environment. Origination & Client Management Trainee

Responsibilities

The role includes:

  • Managing contracts (new / renewals) for existing and new clients (particularly Small Ticket banking, financial, and commercial), by entering data into the operational system (Colldesk or Bridge) with the appropriate economic parameters (fees & costs);
  • Interfacing with various company functions (IT, OPS, Finance OPS) to share contractual conditions and report operational peculiarities or requests requiring other department interventions;
  • Parameterizing international mandates by configuring codes related to SO (Sister Office) and international Partners;
  • Providing technical and analytical support for the use of Salesforce, the Group's CRM application;
  • Managing Client Portals (as Suppliers), from qualification to maintenance, including preparing and updating documentation, involving relevant departments as needed.

The role may also involve, in the future, activities related to acquiring and managing NPL clients.

Key Skills
  • Knowledge of debt collection and recovery processes in banking, financial, and corporate sectors;
  • Preferably familiar with current applications used for Small Ticket (Colldesk / Bridge) and, eventually, for NPLs;
  • Teamwork orientation and problem-solving approach;
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus;
  • Familiarity with Intrum Web, the Group's interactive portal;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
