A multinational technology company in Milan is seeking an HR Organization Development Associate Manager to enhance HR reporting and analytics, manage workforce planning initiatives, and contribute to organizational design. The HR Organizational Development Associate Manager will be part of the dynamic Organization, Processes, Transformation, Analytics & Workforce team, which is continually growing. This role will interface directly with all the other HR Corporate functions (People Development, Reputation & Communication, Compensation) and Local HR teams across four continents, as well as other Corporate functions (AFC, Legal, ICT, etc.).
