The HR Organizational Development Associate Manager will be part of the dynamic Organization, Processes, Transformation, Analytics & Workforce team, which is continually growing. This role will interface directly with all the other HR Corporate functions (People Development, Reputation & Communication, Compensation) and Local HR teams across four continents, as well as other Corporate functions (AFC, Legal, ICT, etc.).

As an HR Organization Development Associate Manager, you will be involved in :

  • Boosting HR reporting and analytics cultures, improving processes, initiatives, and analysis.
  • Participating in organizational design, sizing, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Managing headcount monitoring, actively involved in budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning processes.
  • Contributing to digitalization and transformation projects.
  • Supporting the updating of Organizational Documents and Organization Structure.
  • Enhancing HR and Company processes.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Management, preferably with an HR focus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within HR / Organization functions.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency in English.
  • A proactive attitude, energy, “agility,” and a team-oriented mindset.
