As an Organizational Design Analyst, you’ll bring your analytical and technical expertise to work on projects for an organization that supports military missions in the maritime domain. You’ll research, develop, and implement solutions for the customer to gain efficiency in processes, policies, and procedures while leveraging data as a key component to your recommendations.

You Have
  • Experience with organizational analysis and transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of data tools to support and accelerate organizational change
  • Ability to create solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
Nice If You Have
  • 3+ years of experience with organizational analysis and transformation initiatives
  • Experience with Advana or other DoD data analytics systems
  • Experience with procedure and process review and implementing change in large organizations
  • Knowledge of military task organization design
  • Ability to advise senior military and civilian leaders and operationalize their guidance
  • Master's degree
  • Change Management Certification
Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
