Une entreprise de gestion d'actifs et d'assurance de premier plan recherche un candidat pour soutenir l'évolution des modèles commerciaux. Le rôle implique la conception et la mise en œuvre de processus organisationnels, ainsi que la surveillance des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour garantir l'atteinte des objectifs. Les candidats devraient avoir une solide formation en ingénierie de gestion et une expérience antérieure en cabinet de conseil, notamment dans le secteur des assurances.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a consulting firm focusing on the insurance business.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics methodologies is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

The candidate will support the evolution of business models through designing cross-functional and harmonized organizational processes. They will assist in defining advanced performance and productivity monitoring models using innovative technologies. Additionally, they will support the creation and monitoring of business and project KPIs dashboards with an analytics approach, leveraging data and quantitative skills. The candidate will proactively interface with central and business functions in project management and business model design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design processes and organizational structures; support the development of new business models
• Implement and monitor strategic initiatives, evaluating achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives
• Coordinate project teams to implement strategic initiatives

Key Requirements / Skills / Experience

• Master's degree in Management Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in a consulting firm focusing on insurance business (preferred)
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Experience with workflow measurement and process design / reengineering
• Knowledge of Data Analytics methodologies (e.g., process mining) is a plus
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Data-driven and quantitative approach skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong team working attitude
• Fluent in Italian and English
