Organization & Compensation Manager:

The selected candidate will hold a key role within the HR Department, reporting directly to the Chief Corporate Officer. They will be responsible for driving initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational effectiveness and supporting business growth globally.

Specifically, the resource will be responsible for:

Organization and Design (OD):

  • Leading organizational design initiatives and other related HR projects.
  • Designing and implementing programs that improve organizational structure, effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Driving organizational transformation and cultural alignment across different subsidiaries.

Compensation & Benefits and Budgeting:

  • Managing compensation and benefits frameworks and policies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with global policies.
  • Owning the global HR budget cycle (planning, monitoring, reporting), overseeing its preparation, monitoring, and reporting in collaboration with regional HR and the Finance Function.
  • Providing expert advice and insights on organizational and HR strategy.

PMO and M&A:

  • Providing PMO support (Project Management Office) for M&A activities (Mergers and Acquisitions).
  • Acting as HR PMO for M&A, coordinating activities across different entities and ensuring seamless processes from due diligence to integration.

HR Development and Analysis:

  • Collaborating with business and HR leaders to implement training, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Monitoring organizational and HR metrics, analyzing results, and proposing actionable improvement plans.

Requirements and Competencies

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Experience: Approximately 5-6 years of progressive experience in HR, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, or related fields in a fast-paced/high multitasking environment. Previous exposure to global projects and M&A integration is highly desirable.
  • Educational Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, compensation structures, and benefits management.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes, HR budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret HR and financial analytics.
  • High proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and project management tools.
  • Strong project management and PMO capabilities.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR initiatives to strategic goals.
  • Self-starter, hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-driven/results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple geographies and functions.
  • High adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Languages: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.

The Offer: the remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's seniority.
