Job Description: Order Process Coordinator: Marengo, IL

Our customer in Marengo, Illinois is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as full-time Order Process Coordinators on 1st shift. In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering and preparing customer orders for entry into the manufacturing system, verifying order details, and helping ensure efficient office operations and workflows.

Responsibilities of the Order Process Coordinator:
  1. Gather customer orders and prepare them for integration into the manufacturing information system, ensuring accurate data entry.
  2. Learn and navigate the order entry, production planning, and fulfillment processes to support smooth operations.
  3. Confirm customer orders and quotations, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
  4. Coordinate the information system by providing timely updates and generating necessary reports.
  5. Assist in the efficient flow of office functions and procedures, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Order Process Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  2. Previous experience in purchasing or buying industrial parts and products.
  3. Strong computer interfacing skills, with the ability to work within integrated systems.
  4. Ability to seamlessly integrate into MRP, Accounting, and Tracking frameworks.
  5. Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  6. High School Diploma or GED required.
Pay and Benefits:
