Flender Italia S.r.l. in Milano, Lombardia, is offering an Order Manager Trainee internship to support Order Management and Business Control activities within the Wind Italy Business Unit.

The trainee will join a fast-growing team collaborating with wind industry partners across Italy and Southern Europe. You will gain hands-on experience in SAP order processing, coordinating with factories and suppliers, and ensuring on-time deliveries while supporting invoice checking and reporting.

Order Manager Trainee

We are seeking a motivated young trainee for an extra‑curricular internship to support Order Management and Business Control activities within Flender Italia. The new team member will join the Wind Italy Business Unit, a fast‑growing organization collaborating with the leading operators of the Wind Industry across Italy and Southern Europe.

Main tasks

• Entering and managing orders and related documentation in SAP and other company tools.
• Maintaining regular communication with Flender factories/suppliers for continuous updates on lead time of Goods and Services.
• Collaborating proactively with colleagues in Italy and abroad, to ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Cross‑functional communication with Sales, Logistic and Finance departments.
• Supporting Business Control with invoice‑checking tasks and reporting.
