Our Customer Service Department in Segrate (MI) is looking immediately for a highly motivated professional.

Position
  • Order Management Specialist - Strategic Account (f/m) (100%) - Hybrid working
Responsibilities

The holder of the position will have the authority to organize & track all Sell-In Orders to drive Customer Success and maximize turnover potential (company profitability) within the agreed Stock Levels. Responsibilities also include managing a clean Orderbook and prioritizing activities to support strategic directions and safeguard target achievement.

Ideal profile / Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Having experience with agile ways of working would be an advantage
  • Experience in working with data, analyzing figures, and producing reports
  • Good English level; Spanish (Native or Fluent)
