About the role

There is a new opportunity within the Procurement team.

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist, who will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• to receive, process and confirm intercompany orders, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete;
• to be aligned with internal and external Logistics, Production and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth and timely management of intercompany orders with the Business Units;
• to manage shipping documentation and customs procedures for intercompany orders among different regions or Countries;
• to provide ongoing support to Sales and Finance teams to ensure that intercompany orders are correctly recorded in the business systems;
• to work with Procurement and Sales teams to optimize processes and reduce cycle times for intercompany orders and direct customer orders;
• to use the MRP system to manage the planning and re-ordering of finished products and spare parts needed to fulfill intercompany orders and direct customer orders, optimizing inventory levels.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

• previous experience in the role or in operations management (minimum 1 year);
• a degree in Economics or equivalent;
• knowledge of supply chain management processes, supplier management, operational procurement and logistics;
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written (C1);
• good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is considered a plus;
• knowledge of Mago is considered a plus;
• problem-solving skills;
• precision, curiosity and a team-player mindset.
