Order and Project Co-Ordinator

Mission

Execute Customer Orders to meet customer demand in terms of Quality, Time and Cost with a special focus on customer interactions.

Core Process and Main Activities

• Execute Customer order portfolio in full compliance with the Company process (from project transfer from tendering up to project close-out) to ensure the order on-time delivery working in coordination with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department, Sales teams, Project Buyers.
• Organize, plan & enter the orders, monitor and control progresses.
• Review customer requests.
• Manage Variation Order & Claim process.
• Manage proactively Risks & Opportunities that could impact the order.
• Drive customer relationship during all the order execution.
• Support to manage the FAT event.
• Communicate effectively with the project team and the other departments of the plant.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in Order Management.
• Basic Project Management skills.
