Job summary

Laminar Group is seeking a dynamic professional to enhance delivery of the world’s most complex projects by leading deployment of specialized project controls systems. You will drive configurations, adoption, and training of Oracle Primavera Cloud, Primavera Unifier, and related platforms across international projects.

You’ll work with a rapid-growing Integrated Project Controls team, focusing on people, processes, and technology to deliver scalable solutions and effective client engagements.

Qualifications

• Mastery: Experienced deploying Oracle Systems in the construction industry, with Primavera P6 planning experience.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to motivate teams and lead meetings effectively.
• Ability to lead on technology while focusing on people and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation plan and drive software configuration and adoption.
• Develop scalable, fit-for-purpose Oracle solutions for project controls.
• Manage people and processes; engage stakeholders to ensure new workflows are adopted.
• Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop the team and educate clients to improve outcomes.
