A market-leading end-user organization in Europe is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst to join their global HR systems team. In this role, you will manage data, system configurations, and user engagement while working remotely with occasional travel. Candidates with strong Oracle HCM Cloud experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Experience with at least two Oracle HCM modules (e.g. HR, Talent, Recruitment).
• Strong hands-on configuration and system administration experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.

As the Senior Oracle HCM System Analyst, you will join a global HR systems team, with a focus on HCM Cloud, managing data, configuration, change requests, system support and engagement across the user community.

Oracle HCM System Analyst - Cloud

Do you have :

• Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Cloud HCM?
• System administration experience on Oracle Cloud HCM?
• Core Oracle HCM experience (ideally you will have worked with at least two of the Oracle HCM modules - e.g. HR, Talent, Recruitment)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills?
