Oracle HCM System Analyst - Cloud

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst to join a market-leading end-user organization based in Europe.

As the Senior Oracle HCM System Analyst, you will be part of a global HR systems team, focusing on HCM Cloud. Your responsibilities will include managing data, configuration, change requests, system support, and engaging with the user community.

Location

Europe-based candidates will work remotely with occasional travel. Locations considered include Germany, Poland, France, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Sweden.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
• System administration experience on Oracle Cloud HCM
• Core Oracle HCM experience, ideally with at least two modules (e.g., HR, Talent, Recruitment)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
