This role involves managing Oracle Cloud HCM configuration, supporting users, and engaging stakeholders in a dynamic, remote working environment. Competenze

• Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM configuration.
• System administration experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Core knowledge of at least two Oracle HCM modules (HR, Talent, Recruitment).

As the Senior Oracle HCM System Analyst, you will join a global HR systems team, with a focus on HCM Cloud, managing data, configuration, change requests, system support and engagement across the user community.

Oracle HCM System Analyst - Cloud

Do you have :

• Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Cloud HCM?
• System administration experience on Oracle Cloud HCM?
• Core Oracle HCM experience (ideally you will have worked with at least two of the Oracle HCM modules - e.g. HR, Talent, Recruitment)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills?
