As an Oracle Business Analyst, you will serve as the interface between business functional areas and the IT side of our production Oracle system. The role involves working with users at all levels within the organization, utilizing ERP knowledge, functionality, and data management. Additionally, you will support the global PRM project in Europe. Are you eager to advance your career?

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and deploy new Oracle functionalities relevant to PRM and its business needs;
• Consult with business users on potential improvements regarding Oracle;
• Ensure enhancement requests are optimized for global implementation and integrated into the PRM Oracle design;
• Evaluate enhancement requests, business objectives, ROI, and alternatives;
• Gather and prepare functional requirement specifications, workflow definitions, and project deliverables;
• Execute approved process and systems improvement projects;
• Assist the PRM Business System Group with helpdesk support and data maintenance;
• Maintain contact with other locations using Oracle to learn and improve the PRM environment;
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and participate in implementations based on their input.

Requirements:

• University degree;
• Experience with ERP implementations;
• Experience working in international virtual teams;
• Aptitude for learning and adapting with a creative problem-solving approach;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred;
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
