Roche Italy is seeking an Integrated Strategy Leader to set the local strategy for the assigned portfolio and lead a cross-functional squad to execute it. The role reports to the Integrated Portfolio Strategy Head of Roche Pharma Italy and emphasizes patient-centric, compliant decisions in a highly matrixed environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or life sciences; MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of multidisciplinary pharmaceutical or biotech experience.
• Deep knowledge across multiple disease areas, drug development, and healthcare compliance.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles with budgeting/forecasting.
• Fluent in Italian and English; willingness to travel up to 30%.

• Set the overarching vision for the portfolio and act as the primary strategist for the Disease Area.
