Novartis is seeking an Equipment Operator to ensure secondary packaging of ophthalmic products in a GMP environment. You will operate automated lines, perform set-up and changeover, and monitor materials and equipment to maintain quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include line clearance and in-process controls, data verification for serialisation, and supporting investigations and audits. You will work with QA, MS&T, engineering and maintenance to sustain operations and drive improvement.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or equivalent; experience in pharma packaging is a plus.
• Strong focus on GMP compliance and quality documentation.
• Willingness to work in shifts and participate in training.

Mansioni

• Operate automated secondary packaging lines for ophthalmic products, including set-up and start-up.
• Manage feeding of packaging materials and monitor equipment performance.
• Perform Line Clearance, Line Checks, and in-process controls for quality.
• Verify coding, serialization, aggregation and readability of data; handle non-conforming products.
• Comply with GMP, Data Integrity and HSE; ensure traceability and proper production docs.
• Support investigations and participate in audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with QA, MS&T, Engineering and Maintenance on line cleaning and continuity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and waste/deviation reduction.
