Summary

This role is responsible for leading cost reduction initiatives at the Valtellina Plant (Grosotto and Sondalo). You will manage projects related to cost reduction, process improvement, and new process or product development, collaborating with project leaders and team members across Vantive sites. You will oversee a team of 2 resources and report directly to the Plant Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify opportunities and manage projects aimed at continuous improvement, cost reduction, and OEE enhancement.
• Support new product or process development projects, working with various departments inside and outside the plant.
• Coordinate OMS (Operating Management System) activities within the site.
• Collaborate with stakeholders both locally and internationally.
• Lead project activities, coordinating people and resources effectively.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Engineering or a scientific/technical discipline.
• Previous project management experience, preferably in the pharma or medical industry.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing stakeholders and negotiating goals.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
