Una prominente istituzione bancaria cerca un Operatore di Sportello Bancario per la sua filiale di Parma. Il candidato ideale, appartenente alle Categorie Protette, sarà responsabile del mantenimento della qualità del servizio al cliente e dell'acquisizione clienti. Questa posizione con contratto a termine offre opportunità di crescita professionale in un ambiente stimolante.

Competenze

• Conoscenza di base del pacchetto Office.
• Conoscenza a livello B1 di Inglese e/o Francese.
• Nessuna esperienza precedente richiesta.

Mansioni

• Attività di fidelizzazione dei clienti.
• Operazioni di cassa e custodia delle casseforti.
• Sviluppo del portafoglio clienti attraverso cross-selling e acquisizione.

The Beyond Division of Manpower Group, specialized in the search and selection of personnel belonging to Protected Categories, is recruiting for a prominent banking institution a Banking Counter Operator (Operatore / Rice di Sportello Bancario) belonging to Protected Categories (Art.1 - L.68 / 99).

Role Mission: Ensure the quality of service offered to clients in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, promoting, in line with their needs, the products/services aligned with the company's commercial objectives.

Activities include:

• Client retention actions
• Development of the client base (Cross-selling and Acquisition)
• Cash operations, safekeeping of safety deposit boxes, and accounting
• Membership in Protected Categories (L. 68 / 99, art. 1)
• Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in humanistic, economic, legal, or STEM fields
• No prior experience required in the role
• Basic knowledge of the Office package
• English and/or French knowledge at B1 level
• Customer orientation
• Proactivity

Working hours: Full-time

Contract type: Fixed-term contract of 6+6 months or 12 months. CCNL del Credito.
