Anteo Impresa Sociale recherche un(e) Operatore/Operatrice Socio Sanitario/a pour une Résidence Sanitaire Assistenziale située à Chianciano Terme, dans la province de Sienne. Le candidat retenu soutiendra les résidents en maintenant leur autonomie et de promouvoir leur bien-être, en collaboration avec une équipe professionnelle. Ce poste à temps partiel de 30 heures par semaine propose de travailler dans un environnement qui valorise l'assistance aux personnes vulnérables.

Competenze

• Qualification comme Opérateur Socio Sanitaire requise.
• Expérience en soins preventifs et relationnels est un atout.
• Capacité de travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire.

Position:

We are currently seeking a professional for our Elderly Residence located in Chianciano Terme, Siena Province.

The selected candidate will support and assist the facility's guests, helping maintain their autonomy and promoting their well-being.

Summary of responsibilities:

• Assist individuals, promoting their autonomy where possible.
• Provide emotional and relational support to users.
• Coordinate with the multi-professional team.

Requirements:

• Qualification as a Socio-Health Operator (Operatore Socio Sanitario).

Additional information:

• The employment will adhere to the CCNL of the sector.
• Part-time contract: 30 hours per week.
