Competenze

As Operator in Production, you will follow established procedures and guidelines by executing production orders assigned by the Supervisor and the Lead Production Operator to perform a variety of simple and manual tasks in the production process for our plant in Caronno Pertusella .

Reporting to Production Supervisor, you will :

• Operate designated machines and production equipment such as : blenders, sieves, spray drying systems, batching systems, multipurpose reactors, spinning cone columns, bulk tanks, Roxane robots, packaging systems, ovens, mills, distillation columns (stills), encapsulation systems. Common tasks include blending, mixing, dispensing, packaging, heating, cooking, adding enzymes, compounding, filtering.
• Check the operating parameters of the machines, fine-tune and regulate them, and carry out maintenance interventions.
• Select raw materials, move them, and load them into production equipment.
• Use production worksheets to ensure correct quantities of materials are added in the correct sequence.
• Produce the product safely and timely according to predefined process instructions to meet quality standards.
• Read control instruments accurately, prepare neat and accurate records for all operations.
• Troubleshoot problems under guidance or assist more experienced Operators.
• Assist in in-process quality testing, identify deviations, document and communicate them per SOPs.
• Prepare product packaging for next production step or final shipment according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, orderly shop floor and complete sanitation duties.
• Work in accordance with all relevant requirements including GMP, AIB, OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA, and safety guidelines.

Your professional profile includes :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in production.
• Preferred forklift operation experience.
• Basic PC skills, preferably MS Office.
• Experience with RF scanners and labelling.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Passion and flexibility in work.
