Le candidat sera responsable du bon approvisionnement en carburant pour les aéronefs, en suivant les normes de sécurité strictes. Les responsabilités incluent la gestion des opérations de dépôt et l'assurance qualité des produits. Les candidats doivent avoir un permis de conduire approprié et des compétences en communication, notamment en italien et en anglais.

Competenze

  • Licence de conduite valable B + CE ou DE requise.

Job Description:

Under the authority of the Plant Manager or any other designated authority, the Aviorifornitore's mission is to execute operations related to handling aeronautical products, refueling aircraft, vehicle driving, quality checks, equipment maintenance, and related administrative tasks, in compliance with instructions and regulations. This includes receiving fuel at the depot, unloading tankers, managing depot administration related to these tasks, performing controls/measurements within established times and methods.

Main responsibilities as AVIORIFORNITORE:

  1. Complete the required professional training.
  2. Wear all mandatory PPE.
  3. Refuel aircraft following World Fuel Services, Airport Authorities, and client safety procedures.
  4. Handle depot opening procedures and complete related documentation.
  5. Perform quality controls (e.g., tank purging, filters).
  6. Conduct quality checks on fixed depot installations and complete documentation.
  7. Prevent leaks or product loss and use appropriate containment measures.
  8. Inspect depot installations and vehicles regularly.
  9. Maintain equipment in good condition.
  10. Coordinate refueling with flight schedules and client requests, performing quality controls.
  11. Navigate the airport efficiently, knowing parking locations, flight destinations, aircraft types, and applicable tax treatments.
  12. Calculate and process payments for non-credit refueling.
  13. Be aware of different fuel types (JET A1, AVGAS, etc.) and refueling methods, and complete confirmation documents with clients.
  14. Fill out delivery notes and record information in current systems and electronic devices.
  15. Receive delivery trucks, check documents, verify quality and quantity, and complete related paperwork.
  16. Manage delivery notes, stock levels, and fuel allocations.
  17. Ensure health and safety policies are followed at all times, reporting incidents or anomalies.
  18. Maintain and clean vehicles and fixed installations, reporting any issues.
  19. Refuel company vehicles and equipment as needed.

Knowledge, skills, and experience required:

  • Valid B + CE or DE driving license and ADR authorization, capable of driving all fleet vehicles.
  • Possession or eligibility for airport access permit.
  • Specific training for AVIORIFORNITORE / Airport security training.
  • Refueling experience is appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights or on-call, and in a team.
  • Good understanding of safety rules and procedures manuals.
  • Effective communication skills in Italian and possibly English and other languages.
  • Awareness of health, safety, and environmental protection importance.
