We are currently looking for a new member for the Italy Operations team to join us in the position of Big In 2025 - Operations (Italy).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Confident and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (C1), speaking and writing

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate facility & Operational Activities: schedule and oversee all facilities/operational initiatives, and the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance processes/tasks.
• Operational Teams Management: supervise the asset facility/operational teams (internal and outsourced service providers teams) to ensure efficient operations, defining training requirements whenever needed.
• Operational Procedures Development: revise, create and implement simplified and pragmatic facility/operational procedures to ensure asset and team compliance and efficiency.
• Inspections: regularly inspect the assets to identify and avoid (in time) potential issues/malfunctions, supporting the local facility/operational management teams.
• Planning and Repairs Management: organize repairment processes, ensuring minimal disruption regarding asset daily facility/operations.
• Investment Plans/Capex: prepare, present and timely implement (after property management, asset management/owner approvals) the assets Investment Plans /Capexs.
• Budget Management: support the asset operational teams in managing efficiently and complying with the approved technical service charges budget.
• Relationships and Soft Skills: maintain and improve relationships with contractors, service providers, asset managers and/or their representatives, and asset owners.
• SHE Compliance and Improvement: support the SHE processes in developing, complying and implementing the corporative and asset SHE policies and yearly defined SHE targets.
• Documentation: support asset facility/operational teams in maintaining and upgrading the technical and project documentation, including the as-built project/documents.
