Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire: Supervise a team of call center associates, ensuring their work and attendance align with organizational policies.
  • Coach to Success: Regularly coach team members to meet and exceed performance metrics.
  • Performance Management: Identify issues and implement improvement plans, with actions including potential terminations if required.
  • Achieve Excellence: Ensure our services meet contractual KPIs and financial targets.
  • Communicate and Update: Set clear expectations and provide timely updates to your team.
  • Handle Escalations: Provide expertise in managing escalated customer calls when necessary.
  • Facilitate Meetings: Conduct team meetings to share information and foster open dialogue.

Candidate Profile
  • Skillful Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills, with English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

  • Flexible and Ready: Open to working Monday to Sunday, 8:00 to 22:00.
  • Motivated Mentor: Dedicated to coaching and guiding team members.
