Job summary

Agilent in Italy is seeking a warehouse associate to join our manufacturing support team. You will receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials, perform putaway, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials in accordance with company procedures.

• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and investigation of stock discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, RF scanners, and warehouse equipment in compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Process warehouse transactions using SAP and other logistics systems to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Maintain required logistics documentation and transactional records.
• Collaborate with warehouse colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and on‑time delivery performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution center, receiving, shipping, or material handling environments.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Basic understanding of quality and safety requirements within a logistics environment.
• Intermediate‑level experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
