Experteer Italy is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate to contribute to safe, efficient production of advanced vacuum systems. You will assemble, weld (TIG), machine, and package components, following documented work instructions to uphold strict quality standards.

You will record steps in SAP ME POD and perform in-process quality checks, supporting a high-precision production environment with strong teamwork and attention to detail.

In this role you contribute to safe, efficient, and quality-driven production of advanced vacuum systems. You will perform hands-on assembly, welding, machining, and packaging, working closely with the Manufacturing team to uphold strict quality standards. You’ll use SAP ME POD to record steps and quality checks, helping to ensure reliable, high-precision vacuum products.
