Experteer Italy is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate to contribute to safe, efficient production of advanced vacuum systems. You will assemble, weld (TIG), machine, and package components, following documented work instructions to uphold strict quality standards.

You will record steps in SAP ME POD and perform in-process quality checks, supporting a high-precision production environment with strong teamwork and attention to detail.

• Entry-level eligible with no prior manufacturing experience required.
• Strong manual dexterity for small parts and components.
