Partner with the best

As an Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise shop operations in the Production Area of reference, following the directions of the Ops Leader and in line with Planning and Manufacturing Engineering plans, ensuring compliance with HSE, Quality, and Integrity standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all team members follow safety rules (HSE), promoting a culture of a Perfect Day and Stop Work Authority.
• Supporting discussions on HSE issues, Quality, and improvement initiatives (e.g., Ideas and Concerns).
• Verifying the completeness and correctness of documents (cycles, test plans, drawings) and engaging relevant Support Functions if necessary.
• Collaborating with quality inspections to resolve Nonconformities.
• Ensuring tools and equipment are available and properly used at each workstation.
• Supporting operators with expertise and facilitating technical discussions with UTOF and Engineering Department; supporting shift transitions.
• Monitoring line performance KPIs, ensuring line accounting (DL hours, Inefficiencies, OEE, OTD, etc.).

To succeed, you will:

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Have HSE Training as “Preposto”
• Be fluent in Italian, both oral and written
• Be energetic, self-motivated, and willing to take responsibilities across functions and teams
• Have strong communication skills
• Be available to work on 3 shifts
• Hold a valid EU work permit
