The Role

We are looking for an Operations Specialist based in Milan. The role involves coordinating daily activities, analyzing performance data, identifying process inefficiencies, and supporting the implementation of best practices and systems to optimize productivity, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order issuance and follow-up
• Production of periodic reports using Excel and other data analysis tools
• Calculation and development of operational KPIs
• Analysis and monitoring of operational processes, with the aim of identifying critical issues and opportunities for improvement
• Support in the implementation of new company ERP systems

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree in a scientific field
• Intermediate technical and IT skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English; Spanish and/or German is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and SAP
• Proactive, motivated, passionate, curious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
