Una azienda leader internazionale nel settore del fitness sta cercando un 'Operation Project Leader' per gestire progetti strategici legati alla produzione. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in ingegneria e almeno 4-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili, con competenze in Lean e capacità di problem-solving.

Your Role

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Operation Project Leader to join our growing organization. This person should be self-motivated, creative, and proactive, able to work successfully in a dynamic environment that includes multiple platforms, architectures, technologies, and work environments. The role is based at our HQ in Cesena, Italy. The selected candidate will manage new strategic projects to extend and strengthen our international manufacturing footprint, coordinating manufacturing layout activities, introducing new technologies and processes, and managing project schedules and resources.

Your Impact

• Manage problem-solving activities related to project management and manufacturing (6σ, Kaizen, etc.)
• Oversee factory and assembly line layout projects and Gantt schedules
• Manage sub-projects such as machinery and automation system introductions
• Conduct SWOT analyses of technology and layout solutions
• Evaluate and optimize internal logistics flows

About You

• Degree in mechanical or management engineering with a focus on production and logistics
• At least 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics roles
• Background in Automotive, Whitegoods, or Industrial companies with series production is a plus
• Knowledge of welding, metal, painting technologies, and processes is an added value
• Understanding of production and assembly processes
• Knowledge of Lean fundamentals (Value Stream Mapping, SMED, DMAIC, 6σ, etc.)
• Objective-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus
• Enthusiasm, humility, proactivity, and a passion for sport and physical activity
