Thomas Franks Ltd. seeks an Operations Manager to lead our high standards in contract catering across Italy and the wider region. You will drive P&L, oversee business development, and manage people within the Operational Division, delivering exceptional service and food quality.

The role requires travel, a clean driving licence, and the ability to work autonomously and remotely while building strong client relationships and mentoring our leadership team.

Competenze

• Experience at operational level within contract catering or hospitality for clients with high standards.
• Proven senior management operations experience and accountability for P&L.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, across all levels.

Mansioni

• Take full accountability for P&L, business development strategy and people management for the Operational Division.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and outstanding food quality while managing costs and targets.
• Develop a positive, motivating culture and lead a multi-site/mobile remote operation.
• Support the Regional Director and oversee an exclusive client base with consistent standards.
