Position: Operation Manager
The Operation Manager supports the store manager in all activities related to store operations, including stock management, logistics, cashier operations, training coordination, staff planning, and store maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Group Responsibilities: Organize responsibilities into macro activities such as People Management, Operations, etc.
- Store Operations: Maintain communication with the EMEA Retail Operation Team, Store Management, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth store operations. Coordinate flagship store activities excluding sales. Analyze procedures and optimize processes. Support daily briefings.
- Stock Management: Coordinate inventory accuracy for products, materials, supplies, and equipment. Oversee logistics and product movements. Ensure KPIs are met for e-shop pickings.
- Cash Procedures and Cashier Operations: Coordinate cashier procedures, support training on new processes and legal rules, and ensure team performance aligns with luxury standards. Manage customer reclaim and after-sales guidelines as a Brand Ambassador.
- Store Administration: Oversee back-office activities, ensure compliance with company guidelines, and manage store maintenance respecting legal requirements. Handle travel and expenses.
- Uniform and Clothing Management
- In-store Training Coordination: Collect training needs, coordinate training sessions, conduct TTT activities, and manage induction plans for new staff.
- Store Staff Planning: Collaborate with store management to gather staffing requests, evaluate approval criteria, plan coverage, and communicate critical issues with HR.

- Experience in Flagship stores
