Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all site operations at our Martinsicuro facility, driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance while building high-performing teams and supporting long-term growth.

The role requires liaising with HR, Finance, Supply Chain and global stakeholders to foster continuous improvement and sustainable profitable growth and to ensure alignment with Morgan policies.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Materials Science or related).
• Progressive manufacturing/operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading production, quality, maintenance and CI functions.
• Experience managing manufacturing facilities and driving performance improvements.
• Strong leadership, people management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience driving EHS, quality, productivity and cost improvements.
• Fluent Italian and advanced English language skills are essential.

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading all site operations at Morgan Advanced Materials' Martinsicuro facility, including production, quality, engineering, maintenance, continuous improvement and EHS. The role is accountable for delivering operational excellence, driving safety, quality, productivity and cost performance, while developing high-performing teams and supporting the site's long-term growth strategy. Working closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain and global stakeholders, the Operations Manager will foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement and sustainable profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site operations including Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement and EHS.
• Drive a strong culture of safety, compliance and operational excellence.
• Deliver production, quality, productivity, cost and customer service targets.
• Lead and develop high-performing operational teams.

Qualifications / Experience Required

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Materials Science or related discipline), Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent operational leadership experience.
• Significant progressive experience in manufacturing and operations leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading production, quality, engineering, maintenance and continuous improvement functions.
• Experience managing manufacturing facilities and delivering operational performance improvements.
• Strong leadership, people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience driving EHS, quality, productivity and cost improvement initiatives.
• Fluent Italian and advanced English language skills are essential.
• Experience within industrial manufacturing, materials, process manufacturing or refinery environments preferred.
• Experience with kilning, mixing, pressing, extrusion or finishing operations would be advantageous.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or continuous improvement experience preferred
