Caserta, Italy
Full-time | On-site
Salary Range: 1400 - 1800 Eur + Bonus
Logycod is building a fast-growing logistics and fulfilment operation in Italy, as part of a broader European network serving international e-commerce businesses.
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of our Caserta operation and help us build it into a high-performing logistics hub.
This is an opportunity for someone who already knows warehouse operations, has experience leading people, and is now ready for more ownership, more responsibility and the chance to build something from the ground up.
This is not a desk-based management role.
You will lead the team, implement processes and manage performance - but you will also be part of the operation. If orders need to be picked and packed before courier cutoff, you roll up your sleeves and help the team get them out.
You already have solid experience in logistics and warehouse operations and have proven that you can lead people, organize work and make processes happen in the real world.
You are comfortable with KPIs and systems, but you don't manage operations only through spreadsheets.
You are someone who:
Experience with courier/parcel operations is a plus. Experience with 3PL customers, client relationships or business development is even better.
E-commerce doesn't stop on Friday evening.
Volumes change quickly, problems need to be solved immediately, and every order matters.
We're looking for someone who sees orders still waiting before cutoff and thinks:
"What do we need to do to get these out today?"\
Someone who can lead a morning briefing, improve a warehouse process, solve a courier issue, speak with an international client - and jump onto the packing line when the team needs an extra pair of hands.
Because you won't simply inherit a job. You'll help build the operation.
You'll join at an early stage, with real autonomy and direct exposure to international management. As Logycod grows its volumes, team and 3PL customer base, the scope of your role can grow with it.
We value experience, but we're especially interested in people with hunger, ownership, energy and the ambition to take on more responsibility.
If you've already proven yourself in logistics and feel ready to move from running operations to helping build a logistics business, we'd like to meet you.
