Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations across corporate branches, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and policy compliance.
• Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to meet service quality and profitability targets.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
• Manage budgets, financial data, and forecasts to support growth.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Support branch network development and expansion within Italy, including franchise operations.
• Ensure legal compliance and alignment with corporate standards across all activities.

Skills Required :

Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the car rental industry.

Strong knowledge of operations management, organizational effectiveness, and process optimization.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate teams.

Basic salary : €70,000 - €80,000 depending on experience.
