Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across corporate branches, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies.
• Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to meet service quality and profitability targets.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
• Manage budgets, financial data, and forecasting to support business growth.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Support the development and expansion of the branch network within Italy, including franchise operations.
• Ensure legal compliance and alignment with corporate standards across all operational activities.

• Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
