To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations team: this position is an opportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry, leading our solutions to make a global impact. THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Operations Manager to build and scale our therapist-facing community platform from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of Operational Intelligence, you’ll initially lead a small team (1–3 people) and work cross-functionally to design, launch, and grow a digital platform that supports and connects our 8,000+ therapists across Spain and France first, then scaling into Italy, our largest market.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of operations, community building, and digital product development. You’ll own everything from vision to execution — ensuring our therapist community has a seamless, engaging, and value-rich experience.
We’re looking for someone with a solid background in operations and strategic community management, ideally with experience building digital products in a startup or scale-up environment. This is an internationally focused role, kicking off in Spain and France, then scaling into our largest market, Italy.
