COOPI is seeking an Operations Manager for West Africa based in Milan .
In West Africa, COOPI operates in Mauritania, Senegal, Gambia, Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, and Nigeria, with offices in capital cities and peripheral intervention zones. The main sectors involved are : Food Security, Health, Nutrition, Protection, and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR). The primary institutional donors include : UN agencies, AICS, ECHO, EU, Swiss Cooperation, FCDO, SRF .
Role Description
The selected candidate will be part of COOPI's International Activities team, working alongside the Area Manager and Regional Administrator. The role is based at the Milan headquarters and involves collaboration across different headquarters departments to support International Activities. The position reports hierarchically to the Management and functionally to the Area Manager.
Reference countries include : Burkina Faso, Gambia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, and Senegal.
