Salary: €50,000-€60,000 (depending on experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a pragmatic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to coordinate the day-to-day running of Arxax’s activities. This role is central to ensuring smooth internal workflows, reliable delivery of commercial agreements, and effective communication between leadership, the entire Arxax team and stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build strong operational foundations in a fast-growing cleantech company, with the potential to grow into a more senior leadership role.

Responsibilities
  • Commercial & Partner Operations
    • Support execution of commercial contracts with fleet operators and fuel station partners.
    • Assist in onboarding and integration processes with logistics clients and refuelling infrastructure.
    • Monitor day-to-day performance of contracts and prepare regular reports.
  • Internal Operations & Team Coordination
    • Coordinate internal workflows across sales, product, and technical teams.
    • Maintain and optimise operating procedures and reporting systems.
    • Monitor operational KPIs and flag issues to leadership.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date for contracts, licensing, and insurance.
    • Assist with operational reporting requirements related to projects and public grants.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements.
    • Support implementation of new tools and systems to streamline operations.
Who We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or related functions.
  • Strong organisational skills and comfort with KPIs, data, and reporting.
  • Background in logistics, mobility, or energy sectors is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (German is a strong advantage).
  • Hands-on mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

  • Based in or willing to relocate to South Tyrol.
  • Previous startup or scale-up experience.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, smart infrastructure, or clean mobility.
