Prepare appropriate documentation for loading and unloading trucks and containers.

Organize and maintain delivery schedules daily with efficient route planning.

Quality and Safety Control

Responsible for quality control by reviewing all incoming and outgoing products for damage.

Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis.

Lead and maintain a safe working area, ensuring that Health and Safety processes and procedures are met.

Administration

Assist with system order entry when needed, as well as customer delivery schedules.

Responsible for inventory management and control.

Able to enter orders into SAP, interact with customers, load/unload products, and move products within the warehouse as needed.

What you need to succeed

Professional Experience

3+ years of operational and people management experience in logistics.

1+ years of inventory management experience.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Desired: SAP.

Knowledge

Building materials market.

High level of English.

Additional languages such as Spanish would be helpful for internal/external communications but are not mandatory.

Academic Background

Completed High School or equivalent (at least).

Desired: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
